The century-old G-Block in the Secretariat, which has survived several demolition attempts earlier due to resistance from heritage lovers, is set to be razed soon to pave the way for construction of the new Telangana Secretariat. Chandrasekhar Rao, who was keen to restore this block to its past glory, has now changed his stand to enable construction of the new integrated complex that will house the offices of all HoDs.
