This is in continuation of this Commission’s Interim Decision dated 18.11.2009. As scheduled, the matter is called for hearing today dated 9.12.2009. Appellant present. Shri P.S. Uttarwar & Shri P.M Parate are also present. The appellant would submit that Shri S.P. Pathak, Director (Plg) has sent her a copy of the Resolution issued from F.No.FI(1)06/ZP/Pt. She submits that she would like to inspect this file.
2. As regards Zone ‘O’, the appellant wishes to inspect the relevant records in Shri Parate’s office. The latter agrees to facilitate inspection of the relevant records. He also undertakes to requisition the above mentioned file from the office of Joint Director (Plg) or any other concerned office for this purpose. The inspection may be carried out on a mutually convenient date and time within 10 working days.
3. As regards Zone ‘J’, the appellant would submit that the files relating to this Zone also may be summoned by Shri Parate’s office for inspection. Shri Parate agrees for the same.
4. The matter is disposed of in the above terms.
5. A copy of this decision may be sent to all concerned, including Shri
H.S. Dhillon, Joint Director (Plg)/DDA.
