A house located in Khajuri Khas area, a census town in Delhi. It is built for a family of five, including Balbir's elderly father, wife and children; with the first floor designed for hiring out.

The building cost is approximately five hundred thousand Indian Rupees. It is made mainly with salvaged bricks and small-span, minimally reinforced concrete. Interior and external walls are plastered partially, for aesthetic reasons as well as in parts of the building exposed to the weather or human touch.
