The installation was about the value of 'ambiguity' in the imagination of public space. Where the enclosure or the building is as (and definitely not more) important as the void / enclosure that it creates. The non specificity and the coming together of the two and the in betweens creates opportunities of extended imaginative use. Thereby buildings are no longer to be limited to their enclosure as the only programmatic contributors to physical use. In the absence of a multi use / layered spatial policy about the lower levels for public use in urban areas the projects from our recent years, of the built and the un-built ones, the models explore the possibilities that the idea of deliberate ambiguity generates.
