Petition paying that the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed here the High Court will be pleased to grant order of interim injunction restraining the second respondent from acting in any manner in interfering with the administration of the existing and establishment of the new institutions by imparting edoption in Architecture as they are governed by the Architects Act 1972 and its regulations pending disposal of the W.P.No.36520/2003

Order : - This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support therof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.M.VIJAYAN, SENIOR COUSEL for V.SUBRAMANI, ADVOCATE for the petitioner, and of MR.V.T.GOPALAN, ADDITIONAL SOLICITOR GENERAL for MR.N.
