During the Nervi study, I was appointed Associate Researcher at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History and learned scanning electron microscopy as a tool to better understand material deposition and structural formation in natural systems. This project is ongoing and I look forward applying knowledge gained during my appointment to my research and teaching.
