The centre has a load-bearing brick structure on two floors, with offices, classrooms, workshops and wards for medical treatment grouped around a number of open courtyards. The emphasis is on flexibility to serve a variety of spatial requirements for training and treatment, and efficient use of the limited resources available for the project.
