This vaav at Bapunagar is modest in scale and is nested within a dense settlement that is growing over it. It has been boxed in by bright pink walls and the accessibility to the well-shaft has been blocked by a railing. Numerous modifications like the addition of grills, stairways and railings have been made to house a shrine of Goddess Kali.
