Keynote Presentation: Kenneth Frampton

The starting point of this conference is the 50 year anniversary of Marshall McLuhan’s Understanding Media and the idea of “the global village”.

It aims to bring people from diverse backgrounds together around the issue of the modern city. Please pass on the call and get in touch with any queries. In addition to standard papers we are asking for proposals for a range of activities: workshops, panel discussions, book launches etc. So feel free to propose something of interest.
