The "Good Design is Good Business" Lifetime Achievement Awards honor the winning firms' commitment to design excellence as a motivator for successful business enterprise.

At the event, AAF, in association with the association with The United States Conference of Mayors, will also present the 2014 Joseph P. Riley Jr. Award for Leadership in Urban Design to the Honorable Carolyn Goodman, current mayor of Las Vegas since 2011, and former mayor Oscar Goodman, who served from 1999 to 2011. In addition, AAF will honor the Chicago Architecture Foundation with the 2014 Keystone Award, presented annually to an individual or organization from outside the architectural discipline for exemplary design leadership that improves lives and transforms communities.
