  • 2. Narendra Dengle began his architectural practice in 1974. His work centres on cultural-contextual issues. Based in Pune, he is also a writer and academic. He has taught at the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, was the Chair of Design at Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture (KRVIA) Mumbai (2006–11) and is currently Academic Chair at the Goa College of Architecture. His book Jharoka (Marathi) was published in 2007. He co-authored with M.N. Ashish Ganju The Discovery of Architecture: A contemporary treatise on ancient values and indigenous reality in 2013.
