The decision came months after CEPT’s board met in January earlier this year.

Christopher Benninger, founder of the school of Planning at CEPT University and Ford Foundation Advisor to CEPT in 1971, architect and business leader Achal Bakeri, also a CEPT alumnus and acclaimed consultant on urban development and emerging markets and former partner at Mckinsey- Ireena Vittal have been inducted as members at premier city-based CEPT University’s board of management.

The decision came months after CEPT’s board met in January earlier this year and the names were recommended by its chairman Sanjay Lalbhai along with consultation with other board members in the past several months. Bimal Patel, president of CEPT University said, “We are very happy that three new members are joining the board of management. We believe they will bring a new perspective to the discussion and will provide us an opportunity to explore new ideas and initiatives.”
