Zhang Zhifeng, founder and chief artistic director of well-known domestic fashion brand NE·TIGER, brought his latest qipao or cheongsam products to the Wujiang China -- Qipao Town Promotion & International Architecture Design Competition Press Conference held in Beijing on August 3.

Under the guidance of the Architectural Society of China (ASC), the event aimed to invite prominent fashion designers both from home and abroad to make their public bid for the design work of logos reserved for five themed halls (Qipao Museum, Qipao-themed Hotel, Qipao Research Institute, Qipao Female College and Qipao Outdoor Show Plaza) at the Qipao Township in Wujiang District in Suzhou, a city in east China's Jiangsu Province.

The qipao has been recognized as one of the most traditional Chinese outfits and rated as the most influential and widely spread item of clothing in the Oriental world. The Qipao Township in Suzhou is poised to become an embodiment of traditional Chinese clothing culture and the spirit of craftsmanship.

NE·TIGER has become one of the first top Chinese brands to have a presence in the township.
