In a society in Rajkot, Gujarat, members of a society have decided to convert an empty area of their society into a hostel for cows! Now, it might be a question of whether this place has become a form of a cowshed, but it’s not.

Swati Society, might seem like a regular housing society when one walks by, however, what has made this society special is that it has created a hostel for cows. The society members get paid for taking care of and handling the animals well. The members of the society regularly take care of the animals that have either strayed or kept by the owners, in their society.
