Closing Conference for ‘When is Space?’

Inspired by the works of Sawai Jaisingh and Charles Correa, the exhibition ‘When is Space? Conversations in Contemporary Architecture’ seeks to compile contemporary concerns and methods prevalent in architectural practices in India. This conference takes the opportunity to postulate new directions in which we may envision architecture to take shape as a cultural practice in the future. For the closing discussion, four scholars shall speculate on newer imperatives, directions, methodologies and values in architecture and its production.
