Competition Site:  Shina Dockyard District area in Tongyeong, Gyengsangnam-do, Korea

Competition Type: Open International Ideas Competition in one stage

Eligibility: Open to all

Competition Contents: Applicants must choose one topic. (One person can apply for multiple items, only one entry for each item)

  ① Proposing the use of dock and crain for cultural and tourism attraction

  ② Proposing a new landmark for the dockyard site

  ③ Proposing various transportation methods for site approach

  ④ Storytelling for the regeneration of old downtown

  ⑤ Any other suggestions for regeneration

Materials to be Submitted: Proposal (PDF file, A4 Size 10 to 20 pages) 

Competition Schedule:   

• Submission of entries : June 1 ~ October 14, 2018 (Place of Submission : Official website)  
• Public announcement of winning entry : Middle of October, 2018

•  1st prize(1 team) : KRW 10,000,000  
•  2nd prize(4 teams) : KRW 5,000,000 each
•  3rd prize(10 teams) : KRW 1,000,000 each
