Taking off from Madan Mahatta's classic photos of the Rewal buildings Paribartana Mohanty has deconstructed the photos in a complex layering - referencing mythology, fantasy -.with paintings and videos. It is an unusual look at the symbolism of built form in the city and the workers who build it.
