The External Social Infrastructure Project Plan (PLAN PISE), through this document, is pleased to invite you to the Public Design Competition for the Architectural Preliminary Design for the Expansions of IE 7216 VILLA DE JESÚS HIGH SCHOOL, to be developed between the months of August and November of this year, in the city of Lima, Peru. 

The external social infrastructure project plan (PISE PLAN) is a social entrepreneurship created to assist Communities in developement process, in the Planification and Construction of Social Infrastructure Projects that permits the improvement of their habitability conditions. A transdisciplinary bet for the Bicentennial that allows the approach of disciplines and professional careers with the needs of the country.

SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS FOR THE BICENTENARY

VILLA DE JESUS SCHOOL’S PLAYGROUND.

IE 7216.  VILLA EL SALVADOR. LIMA-PERÚ

The proposals must consider the following objectives:

1. Understand the playground as a pedagogic resource for the educative community that stimulates the coexistence and the diversity, creating adequate places for its different users. It must include low intensity activities' areas, that promote the symbolic-social play, imaginative and recreative; as well as medium intensity activities' areas, with active play and informal sports practice. It is necessary to consider that the high intensity activities such as sports practice and the physical education course, take place in the sports field located in the park in front of the school.  

2. Understand the urgency to built the winning proposal, so that a high technical-constructive sense and conceptual clarity of the proposals are expected. Those proposals that meet an adequate balance of these aspects inside the economical framework of the project, will be valued.

3. The re-organization and re-design of the playground, through an intervention that provides the best habitability conditions, consolidating this collective space. Eventually, this space opens its doors to the community, in a way, turning into an extension of the street where the Education finds a privileged in front of the community.

4. The cover. One of the main interests is to protect, contain and define the collective activity inside the school's playground. The reflexion about the Cover must incorporate structural strategies that allows not only solving functional
