Subject: Directions dated 27-10-04 in the matter of CWP No.8954-59/2003 titled Master Plan Implementation Support Group & Ors V/S DDA & Others

Madam,

Please refer to the above mentioned court case being filed by you in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and while disposing off the matter, the Hon’ble Court remarked that the counsel for the petitioner pointed out that in fact some parcels of land indicated in the layout plans for use as Nursery Schools are being used as integrated schools. Further, it has been remarked by the Hon’ble Court that on behalf of the Education Department, it is stated that only those schools that meet with the norms have been granted permission for up-gradation.

While upgrading the school, it is ensured that the school do not flout norms of department. You are requested to pinpoint the names of the schools that in your opinion have flouted the provisions, as there is no such mention in copy of the petition filed by you in court.

Your efforts in this regard will be highly appreciated and appropriate step will be initiated against the defaulters if any.
