Sub: Public hearing of Objections/Suggestions on Draft MPD-2021 Ref: Your letters dated 26.09.2005, no number, to Sh Rajendra Singh, Sh. Nijamuddin and Sh.Ashok (received by courier at the above address on 29.09.2005)

Dear Madam,

We thank you for your letters under reference requesting each of us to present our objection/suggestion filed in response to MPD-2021 Public Notice before the Board of Enquiry and Hearing on 03.10.2005 at 9:30 AM in PHD House. We understand this is the first of a series of hearings. We are writing to request rescheduling of our hearings as follows. (In view of short notice (and 01-02/10/05 being holidays) we cannot make this request in time to you and will, therefore, appear at the time and place mentioned in your letter and present it to the Board before we deposit it at your office).

  • Objections / Suggestions by Rajinder Singh and Nizamuddin were filed as MPISG conveners after discussions with other MPISG conveners and Planner, as stated with the signature in all MPISG convener responses, all of which relate to different chapters of DMP-2021 and are equally detailed. We request joint hearing, with sufficient time, for all 7 MPISG convenor responses listed below. If any of the 7 is not being allowed hearing, please let us know with reasons.

(Table with names of MPISG conveners, issues and number of pages & receipt details of responses)

  • Suggestion by Ashok Kumar Jha is among those independently filed by several after discussions with MPISG Conveners & Planner. We have not come to know of anyone else among those having been called on 03.10.05 and we suggest joint hearing of suggestions filed in context of same court matter / previous Public Notice. In view of further progress in these matters – including all those mentioned in the suggestion filed by Ashok, who is petitioner in WP 5007/2002 and deponent of last Rejoinder therein – we also request that concerned MPISG conveners & Planner be allowed to attend the joint hearings.

We thought Hearings have to be in Vikas Sadan, but obviously this is not the case and we would be grateful if the above requested joint-hearings can be held in DDA DMP-2021 office in Vasant Kunj. We would also be grateful if you could let us know sufficiently in advance the dates and list of those allowed / not allowed hearing so that we can ensure joint-presentations that take minimum time of the Board. Lastly, we request that our hearings be scheduled after disposal of the application under section 41(3) about defects in procedure made to Hon’ble LG by MPISG Planner on 01.10.2005. Thanking you,

sd/-

Rajinder Singh

sd/- Nizamuddin

sd/- Ashok Kumar Jha
