Gita i meant the JNTU dept (of planning ).....and the syllabus which i waz refering to was AP state services (jobs) entrance exam....imagine a post of town planner is to be filled with ppl who prepare with enginnering syllabus for the exam...dont try hard to imagine...its happening...
