NEW DELHI: In an effort to revive the lost glory of Lutyen's Delhi and  
work towards getting it a world heritage status inscription from Unesco,
INTACH has signed an MoU with Lutyen's Trust. Under the MoU, both  
parties will work towards preserving the garden city character and key  
buildings of Lutyen's Delhi.
Lutyen's Trust will give INTACH amap of Delhi setting out suggested  
area of activities for the joint initiative. "We are also going to  
increase awareness of the Lutyen's Delhi heritage and threats to it.  
Another focus will be the preservation and maintenance of key  
buildings by Edwin Lutyen's, Herbert Baker and their contemporaries,''  
added an official.
