*102. SHRI M. P. BHARGAVA: Will the Minister of SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Board of Governors of the School of Planning and Architecture in Delhi has appointed a four-man enquiry committee to go into the working of the School and submit its report;
(b) who are the personnel of the committee; and
(c) by when the report is likely to be submitted?
