Dear Sir,
In continuation of what I briefly mentioned to you at lunch at the discussion under reference, I am enclosing a copy of a letter I had written on 10.11.2003 to draw attention to conflict between the proposed Bill and existing provisions flowing from Delhi Development Act. I am also enclosing a brief note on structured approach and minima suggestions for a common school system based elementary education Bill. I am sending the same to Mr Acharya. The note I am also sending to Mr Ashok Agarwal and Prof BP Khandelwal and also posting on the web.
Best regards
